Monthly men’s circle seeking a few more members! A suggested donation of $10 will go to Studio 111, which creates space for artistic expression and transformational shifts.

About the event
2 hour monthly meeting / 10 - 12 guys (closed group once established) / counter/current:collective space in Belfast
Arrival: (15 minutes) 6:30 pm start - Men arrive to snacks/refreshments taking a 15 minute window to meet one another and let everyone arrive. Discuss ground rules and review circle considerations as you acclimate to the space.
Opening Ritual: (10 minutes) Once everyone is seated in the circle we do an opening ritual to clear the space, encouraging everyone to let go of whatever energy they carry with them into the meeting. We lay the framework for the purpose of the group (no judgment space for vulnerable sharing, confidentiality and deep listening). This includes a quick opener intro round/icebreaker question to get everyone talking before we dive into sharing.
Hot Seat: (80 minutes) Each guy has 7-8 minutes to openly speak as to why they're present, what's going on in their lives…
